Three at Once
orders-api, and three things are queued before Friday: the checkout integration test is flaky, docs/api.md is three routes out of date, and zod 3 needs to become zod 4 across four schema files. None of the three needs anything the other two know. Land all three.
Nothing here calls a model or touches a repo. The scenario is a state machine, so the same sequence of instructions always ends in the same place — which is what makes the feedback afterwards a fact rather than an opinion. You start 5,280 tokens down before typing a word; that is what a real session costs at launch.
