The Long Afternoon

One afternoon, one session, three unrelated jobs: the checkout total test went red on CI, support escalated a CSV export that drops the tax column, and the pdfkit major bump has to land before the release freeze. Every one of them fits. All three together do not.

Nothing here calls a model or touches a repo. The scenario is a state machine, so the same sequence of instructions always ends in the same place — which is what makes the feedback afterwards a fact rather than an opinion. You start 5,280 tokens down before typing a word; that is what a real session costs at launch.
